They're not using Ilok but Codemeter, much more of a pain imho

Can't get it to install. Tried several times: install then uninstall. The program freezes and then close. Just sent a notice to support.

I also encountered the same situation. Support ticket sent.

FYI - I chatted with Antares support before re: codemeter and was told codemeter is now integrated in Auto Tune Central and the standalone codemeter install wasn't needed.  I just uninstalled codemeter and so far everything looks to be working.

I can't see if Codemeter offers a "Service" of zero downtime. You know like the iLok people do.

CodeMeter is mysterious and I don’t trust it.  It was a pain with Avenger.  But with Antares it seems behind the scenes with no configuration required.  Antares also keeps licenses and info on what you have within their tools so downtime for recovery from them does not seem too concerning.

But as a general comment I would pick an iLok license over a CodeMeter license any day.
