missing icon above Velocity

When I play chords in MIDI, sometimes one chord will bleed onto another.  In the past I always adjusted that with the icon that is supposed to be above the "velocity" icon in the photo  (lower left of photo).  I forget the name of the one I use.  Anyway, it's no longer there.  I have not changed anything.   It's just not showing up.   How do I get it back?

If the whole pane isn't there, from the PRV View menu, select "Show/Hide Controller Pane".

Otherwise click the "+" button in the bottom left, select "Velocity" from the type dropdown and click OK.

I don't understand about clicking on "velocity."  I already have it.  I want the other one that controls the sound bleeding from chord to another.   Or does clicking "velocity" add the other icon?  I'm not on my recording computer at the moment.

I went to my computer and clicked on CC 64.  That's what I needed.
