All audio suddenly turns quiet after a few days of use

Hi, Im a new user and a new to DAWs in general, after a few days of my audio being completely fine, one day, when I open Cakewalk, the audio is 4 to 5 times more quiet then it shouldve been. Ive been struggling with this for a day and trying various methods to solve this, none of which, succeeded. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You don't    n if you are using an audio interface or just Windows sound. If your using Windows check the mixer. Also check you master bus
