jerrydf
For me that's ... 99USD minus JRR discount = 84USD to go from O8S -> O8A ... that's very nearly £3000 thanks to likelihood of no-deal Brexit jdf
Piotr
Damn Izotope! They always find a way to tempt when I have already decided to wait for another versions... ? Probably their AI included in plugins evolved and now is also helping them in sales ? Edited August 1, 2019 by Piotr
slartabartfast
Looks like they are willing to give me Ozone 8 Advanced as an upgrade from Ozone Elements (version not specified) for $99.00. Since I got my copy of Elements free, that would seem to be a good deal indeed. https://www.jrrshop.com/izotope-ozone-advanced-upgrade-ozone-elements
Zo
Better than 129 deal ....zero lol still on production bundle the ozone 7 ... so much stress on studio one whne using izotope stuff that i gave up ..
Reid Rosefelt
It was $149 list price to go from Neutron 2 to Neutron 3. Even though I have RX7 and 08N2, this is quite a deal, to also get Nectar 3, Vocalsynth 2, Insight 2 and Relay for the same price. All that for $125! Lamenace
Is it possible to upgrade from MPS1 at this price? (The MPS1 include the ozone 8 advanced and the Neutron2 Advanced...)

I have Neutron 1 Advanced and really want to like it; the UI is well laid out and intuitive, but I have the same problem with my CPU and, as a result, I rarely use it. In fact, I picked up the Elements Bundle earlier this year and am trying out Nectar Elements on a vocal right now and hitting the CPU wall again. Nectar Elements alone is munching 22-29% of my CPU! (Note: my CPU is quite lame - I'm still on an i3 so I must be quite selective and render tracks as I go when I can. Quite a pain.) Sadly, another plugin that sounds gorgeous but that I also find quite CPU hungry is SoundToys Little Plate...

I3 is really limited ...my concern is more stability and interaction with other plugins ...i remeber when getting their imager as a frebee, it crashed sessions systematicaly , so i said to myself if this small thingy is messy , what could be the big dogs !!! Happy here with v7 ...it s doing what i need ... i dont need neutron and other stuff ...

Grem
I have MP 2.1 What would I need to get with this deal? Anything? Also, is anyone using iZotope Product Portal? Is it good to use? Edited August 2, 2019 by Grem

The only thing I'm looking for at the moment is the upgrade from Rx Standard in the MP 2.1 to Advanced...and it's still WAY too expensive

Fleer
Still pondering. The bundle upgrade came down to $99 @iZotope last time, even to $64 at resellers. Knowing iZotope they stop at nothing in the wake of upcoming new versions. So maybe. Maybe.
Grem
Thanks for the replies gentlemen. That's what I did. Used the portal and Larry, I'm with ya. The only thing I ain't got is the R-Advanced stuff. And like you, it's too far out there!! I'll work with the standard stuff for now!

I find that the iZotope Portal, even with their instant 'wait! here's a coupon' always costs me significantly more than JRRShop or other discounters. The same $125ish deal mentioned in the OP is $141.55 on iZotopes Product Portal (that's with a 5% off coupon offered when they got worried about my procrastinating to purchase). Hopefully YMMV, but I've stopped even looking there except to get a base price reference.
