Plug in issues

I recently downloaded a mastering software program on my laptop. It worked great once and then started causing issues with the tracks. I opened the track in safe mode and deleted the plug in but now all of my tracks for that project don't appear in the mix screen anymore. Is there a way to make those appear back in the mix screen? Thank you

Which mastering software? Some of those are cpu killers! Also, what computer??
