1 Promidi Posted March 3, 2023 Posted March 3, 2023 Did you install the driver for the CTK-3200 and have you confirmed that the CTK-3200 is visible in the Windows device manager under “Sound, video and game controllers”?

0 jordido Posted March 3, 2023 Author Posted March 3, 2023 I installed the driver but it is still not available in the Device manager or cakewalk
0 Promidi Posted March 3, 2023 Posted March 3, 2023 I notice that Windows 10 is not listed among the supported operating systems (with Windows 7 being the latest) See:https://www.casio-intl.com/asia/en/emi/products/ctk3200/ You may need to run compatibility trouble-shooter and have Windows treat the driver as if it were installed on an older version.https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-to-install-and-update-hardware-drivers-in/a97bbbd1-9973-4d66-9a5b-291300006293
