Did you install the driver for the CTK-3200 and have you confirmed that the CTK-3200 is visible in the Windows device manager under “Sound, video and game controllers”?

Well, you need to install the driver in Windows if Cakewalk is to see it.

What happened when you tried to install the driver?

I notice that Windows 10 is not listed among the supported operating systems  (with Windows 7 being the latest)

See:

You may need to run compatibility trouble-shooter and have Windows treat the driver as if it were installed on an older version.
