Problem viewing recorded vocal

Half of my recorded vocal in the track is normal and then it turns into a straight line. I can still hear the vocal fine but the graph changes to a straight line.

Any Ideas out there?

Could there be a second blank clip on top of the one you are listening to?

Clear the picture cache.

Also try - right click audio clip. Pick last choice on popup menu - click ->associated audio files, then click-> recompute pictures.
