Franck Shigetora Posted January 9, 2023 Posted January 9, 2023 Plugin Delay Compensation cannot be turned off even if the PDC button is lit. It used to work, but does not seem to have worked since 2022.11.
SirWillyDS12 Posted January 10, 2023 Posted January 10, 2023 Exactly how are you determining that PDC is not working? The PDC button only disables Delay Compensation on live inputs... Live Input PDC override ... If you wish to disable PDC for a plugin you need to do it in the VST configuration... 1
David Baay Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 And PDC can't be overridden on a track that's hosting the plugin directly or for a track that goes through a bus with the PDC-inducing plugin on it. PDC override let's you input monitor a dry signal (or with non-PDC-inducing FX) on another track without experiencing the delay affecting playback of existing tracks. If the PDC-inducing plugin is on the Master bus, you're out of luck. 1
Franck Shigetora Posted February 24, 2023 Author Posted February 24, 2023 (edited) Thank you all for your kindness. And sorry for the delay in thanking you for not noticing the response. I had a mistake in checking PDC. The problem has been solved. Edited February 24, 2023 by Franck Shigetora
