MIDI track arp to accent notes?

 is there a way to get the built in MIDI track arp to accent notes?
Press a single key and get a pattern accent like this: Accent on 1, 3, 4

1 and 2 and 3-4 and 5 6

perhaps there are additional ways to do this in Cbb?
(preferably a more automated sequence way, you know, something that won't take talent or skill)
