This procedure got it registered into my account, and licensing and install were smooth. Not sure if I will use it, but it will be one more Waves plugin to consider not WUP’ing in the future!

I was able to have in load to Waves Central and install it as with it's full license as well.  I love it in CbB.

Thanks for the tip. Already have Metafilter (and I think it's great) but I got a new license and, better yet, upgraded my 2 copies to v10.
