I can't import any audio file into Cakewalk.

I cannot import any type of audio into Cakewalk, when I try I get the same pop-up (the one in the image) and I've had this problem for over a week now.

I've even tried File-Import-Audio but that doesn't work either, does anyone know why? Is it 'cause the file is long (3:02 minutes, I'm sampling a song and is gonna chop it up in Cakewalk to make a Freddie Dredd type beat.)

I downloaded the installer (not the bandlab assistant) and this has happened, this didn't happen when I downloaded it through the assistant.

See the other thread you opened. It looks like permissions.

Make sure you're signed in to the system as a user that has Administrator privileges. Check permissions on the Cakewalk Projects folder.
