Change the speed of an audio file

Hi. I'm pretty new to cakewalk and I'm trying to change the "speed" of my imported audio file. Actually I'd like to slow it while I'm recording my guitar....and later , when finished I'd speed it up to normal again and save project. I was trying to find out by myself but I failed so far. 

 

Anybody?

If you are going to be trying to stretch the entire song, be patient, it may take a while.
