Move delete all button

So like...I think it'll be great to move the "Delete All" option to the bottom of the menu. Love the feature since most if not all other DAWs don't have that...but it definitely shouldn't be the first option when going to add plugins...any thoughts on it?

Where it is makes it consistent with the current Delete effect position. It prompts you in any case, so you'll know if you select it by accident.

I just posted the same thing!  Did this change during the last update?  Muscle memory keeps wanting me to delete my plugins...not a show stopper but just annoying.
