i would say, go for it if you don't have it. its a good price for those. my most used is the Tape 24.

That price is a mistake....it should be $99.  Best Service has it for $84...
so that means the price is $99

It will get you the crossgrade price from any $99 Plugin...but any $99 plugin will do that

Corrected, sorry!  Right now Total Studio 3.5 MAX is 199.99 for those without any IK products or at least one 99.99+.  For anybody with a MAX product or Total Studio 2 or 3, it is now 99.99 to upgrade.
