Clipboard option disabled in version 2022.02(Build 039, 64 bit)

I'm reading the reference guide of cakewalk version 27.04.00 in page 837 in To define a new groove section 'You can now use the Groove Quantize command with the Clipboard as the “Groove File.”' but in my cakewalk version 2022.02 (Build 039, 64 bit)  process > groove quantize doesn`t show the clipboard as an option

Do you have a file on the clipboard? Did you copy one to be on the clipboard?
