I personally like this one, for $15 it is a viable option.

Though it is on the resoruse hungry side of things so might not the best for "mix" use on an older computer.  Of course as to be expected for something sometimes marketed as a mastering EQ.

Both the AMEK EQs are winners. At that price, if you don’t already have it, it’s very worth taking a look at.
