Soundiron makes good quality stuff! Plus you don't need full Kontakt, as they are Player compatible! I would probably grab this one if I was just starting out.

I initially discovered Soundiron with their Hyperion Strings Micro, then upgraded to Hyperion Strings Elements. Then added the Hyperion Brass Elements.

It does sound nice and I agree with the group, SoundIron makes good, high quality libraries and it's relatively cheap.
