cclarry Posted October 16, 2022 Posted October 16, 2022 $406 at Thomann https://www.thomannmusic.com/steinberg_nuendo_12.htm 6 4
cclarry Posted October 16, 2022 Author Posted October 16, 2022 (edited) With shipping to US this costs $429 at Thomann If you just want to download (the box only contains a Serial # anyways) then it's cheaper at Best Service at $424https://www.bestservice.com/nuendo.html Edited October 16, 2022 by Larry Shelby 1
Fwrend Posted October 16, 2022 Posted October 16, 2022 (edited) Great to see you Larry!! I was just contemplating Nuendo a few days ago when I got the 50% off sale notice. I passed on the recent Cubase sale. EDIT: certainly better than the $499 price from Steinberg and Sweetwater! Edited October 16, 2022 by Fwrend 2
TheSteven Posted October 16, 2022 Posted October 16, 2022 Hey Larry, Hope all is well. Is anyone here using Nuendo? 2 1

projectm Posted October 16, 2022 Posted October 16, 2022 (edited) for some reason the quote didn’t show up, but TheSteven, yes I have been using Nuendo extensively for years. BTW, great to see you here, Larry. Hope all is well on your end? I actually plan to update my Cubase license to Nuendo. I used it for years at this studio I was working at. After I quit I find my self missing it. Not a bad word about Cubase, but there are nuances that are different. I don’t know if I need the extra features, however. But it is a pretty damn nice piece of software, especially for sound to video and for mixing. I am currently freelancing at this place with Pro Tools and I tearfully miss Nuendo for that from the moment I power up the studio machines there ?? Edited October 16, 2022 by projectm 1 1
telecode 101 Posted October 17, 2022 Posted October 17, 2022 good to see you back L!! I am gonna guess one only needs to consider Nuendo if you do film and serious big orchestral music. I am just on cubase. 2
Niky Serrano Posted October 18, 2022 Posted October 18, 2022 With Larry the life is different!!! 1 1 1
Eusebio Rufian-Zilbermann Posted October 20, 2022 Posted October 20, 2022 Upgrades from cubase are not discounted but I have seen people at kvr reselling their cubase for "upgrading" at a pretty decent price (which could be a good chance too for those looking for cubase instead)
