Gerry 1943 Posted October 12, 2022 Posted October 12, 2022 I am continuously getting " AUDIO DROPOUT " messages when trying to run a project. As per the instructions I try to increase the latency but the system will not allow me to increase past 512. I also noticed that my audio interface is set at 512. Could this be the problem? Or is the system the issue?
Byron Dickens Posted October 12, 2022 Posted October 12, 2022 (edited) Without any information about your system or the plugins you are trying to run, we are all left guessing. Edited October 12, 2022 by Byron Dickens
Gerry 1943 Posted October 12, 2022 Author Posted October 12, 2022 There are no plug-ins involved. Just midi and/or audio instrument files.
Byron Dickens Posted October 12, 2022 Posted October 12, 2022 Still have no information about your system.

Byron Dickens Posted October 13, 2022 Posted October 13, 2022 (edited) Pretty skinny there. That's much of your problem right there. What about antivirus? Have you excluded your audio folders and those for CW and your plugins themselves? Edited October 13, 2022 by Byron Dickens
