mibby Posted October 11, 2022 Posted October 11, 2022 I've never heard of it and know nothing about it, but don't most of our DAWs already have these editing capabilities built in?

I think dedicated audio editing software like WaveLab, Audition, Sound Forge let you go more surgical with audio. They also have built-in tools for repairing, denoising, and likes. 1

I found TS2 to be bit limited when compared to other audio editors, it doesn’t have built-in tools for repairing audio like an interpolate / repair, or de-noising, but it does have some interesting functions, like the Spectral Clipping effect, and has multichannel audio support, and they seem to be adding new features, it’s worth a look and trying at $24. It depends what your needs are for an audio editor, something like Acon Digital Acoustica Premium 7.2 costs more, but you get way more features and functions included with it, plus a whole bunch of Acon Digital’s plugin included, so could be more useful in the long run, over TS2. 1
