It doesn't look like it. From the manual:

Quote

Warning: in a 64- bit application you can only load 64- bit plug- ins, and in a 32- bit application you can only load 32- bit plug- ins, unless
your are using a third party bridging application.

The manual also mentions SoundRadix's 32lives for bridging 32 bit plugins.
