Komplete 14 / Ozone 10 Install issue solved

Ozone 10 repeatedly failed to install in Native Access 1.  Error message - Expected option but got "/s" Options start with leading "_" prefix

 

  While it was possible to run the installer downloaded by NA manually the app was not authorised.

Finally, I decided to upgrade to Native Access 2 and this solved the issue.

I think I ran into this installing one of iZotope's earlier (non-Soundwide) bundles. If it's the same issue, it's caused by the install path having a space in it: it interprets anything after a space to be a command line switch.

After my attempt to upgrade to Native Access 2 (that's after two reboots).

And that dialog has no way to close it.  You have to kill the process or reboot.

I submitted a ticket but I also give up.  You can uninstall Native Access 2 and re-install Native Access 1.  So I did.  Not really impressed with Komplete 14 CE so far ?  Should have waited for the summer sale.

Thanks for the tip, Vernon.  I had the same problem trying to install Ozone 10 and upgrading to Native Access 2 solved that.
