Help with track selection needed please

I have an audio track and a midi track (count in recorded with SI drum machine) one above the other in my Cakewalk song project and I want to move the audio track further down the timeline, but every time I try to drag and move the audio block, the 1 bar midi count in goes with it. I’ve tried over and over, but I don’t seem to be able to just select the track I want to edit - somehow the other track is selected as well. 
 

Any help would be much appreciated, this is driving me bonkers.
