Cherry Audio: Stardust 201 Tape Echo ($8.01) at JRRShop)

Not a bad price!

Is this better than T-RackS "Space Delay"? It seems that both were modeled after the Roland Space Echo RE-201. Asking for a friend... :)

Edit: Never mind. I see that Cherry also included the chorus from the RE-301, which T-RackS doesn't have.

$7.56 at JRR with discount code "GROUP"!!!

Installed!!!!!!

I could've sworn I tried that code earlier with it and it wouldn't accept it! JRRShop is always funny as to what code works with which product!

Nice find on the other code.

Let us know what you think. I have the IK one and Arturia, but at that price I couldn't rule it out ?

Go for it! Give up that extra caffe latte today! :)

I have the IK T-RackS Space Echo and just listened to them A/B. IK ain't bad, but the Stardust opens up a whole new dimension with the chorus unit. Plus Cherry has put many more presets into their unit, most of which seem to be usable starting points...

"With Stardust 201 Tape Echo Cherry Audio has included features from both the original RE-201 and RE-301 Space Echo Units. However, they have also added some of their own, resulting in a great-sounding and extremely flexible tape echo effect."

bump!

Came here to post the $7.56 price and you guys had already posted.  I'm afraid that's a no-brainer even though I have like 3 different versions of this delay already. you never know, maybe one of the settings will be THAT SOUND I've always been looking for... :)

Stardust 201/301 does seem more useful than the IK T-Racks 201 version at least.

Okay, as I know a bunch if you,  I picked this up! So what instruments do you guys like to use it on? I rarely use effects,  but I'm ready to get more creative with them.

Bass!  ?  But anything, really...
