Fleer
Or so they say. Native Access (by Native Instruments) always asked for lots of extra space on the system drive, even when downloading to an external one. No more, apparently: https://community.native-instruments.com/discussion/1651/native-access-cant-download-installers-due-to-hard-drive-space (scroll down) Edith adds: confirmed, problem solved! trager
So that’s what they’ve been working on all these years.
kevin H
If they finally fixed this it would be amazing. I kept an ssd around just to move files back and forth when installing Anything from Native Access that required large space.
antler
Cool. I suspected NA would download their setup file, extract a virtual CD image, mount it (I see Autoplay notifications during the install process), and then install it from there. Maybe they've tweaked the process.
