Newbie with a 'how do i'.

I have a song backing track, keys only, but no click.

I think I have sorted the click but having major problems trying to pan click and track.

I need track R and click L. When I try panning the 'metronome' L, it all goes left and vice versa. How can you separate so I can get click L and track R?

Any help much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

you could just create 2 tracks - one with the keys, and one with the click. make the tracks mono - then you can pan one left and one right. export as stereo.

Video #17 explains how to include the metronome in the export. It’s not that easy to do. If you’re new to Cakewalk the whole series will be very helpful to you getting started.
