Bass Track - led flash but no sound in Cakewalk or on Roland BK-7m

Hi, I'm new here. 

Here is my first stupid question. In my GM song, why is the bass missing from the audio output sound even if the leds flash in Cakewalk? I have looked at not only this channels but all event list windows for all tracks but not found any commands. Just notes. So there is no volume or velocity event to lower the volume for the bass track before the bass kicks in.

The notes might be out of the range of the instrument you are using. Example I always have to raise up by +12 ( 1 octave) to use Ample or SI Bass. Always open the instrument GUI and test it with the preview option first.
