Fwrend
Another one (not free) is Amazing Slow Downer. It's been a long time since I've used it and don't remember much about it but might be worth trying. Sells for $39.95 E/US Amazing Slow Downer for Windows (available also for MAC, iPad, Android through respective stores) Change the speed of the music - from 20% (one fifth speed) to 200% (double speed) without changing the pitch. Wrong key? Change the pitch in semi-tones - at full or changed speed. Out of tune? Adjust the pitch in cents (100ths of a semi-tone) to suit our instrument. Real-time processing - all described above is done in real-time - just insert the CD and press the play button! Also slows down MP3, Wave, Windows Media Audio, Ogg, FLAC and AAC/M4A files on your computer in real-time. Great stereo sound quality! System requirements: Compatible with Windows 7/8/10/11 (including 64-bit versions of each OS). Note: DRM protected M4P files from the iTunes store is NOT supported. Spotify and Apple Music is also not supported.

Have you tried Riffstation Pro (free now)? It has a slow/fast knob. Was previously sold by Fender. https://www.techradar.com/news/fenders-riffstation-pro-is-now-free-get-the-chords-for-any-song-on-your-desktop Download here: https://www.filehorse.com/download-riffstation/ The Riffstation 1.6.3 download here has the same file hash as the installer that I archived 4 years ago. All good on VirusTotal as well. It's end-of-life and not developed anymore, so YMMV. It still loads on Win10 though. Slow down knob for free!

I tried slowing two songs down to 1/4 of their normal speed, and the output from SlowGold was much clearer. There was more warbling in DeCoda and the higher frequencies (cymbals & hi-hats I think) created a nasty effect that sounded a bit like feedback. In SlowGold the high frequencies were more in check and the sound had a little bit more low end. Perhaps it uses some kind of filter or EQ. Different kind of music may provide different results, but right now my money's on the free software.

I've heard about it, but I vaguely remember people saying the DeCoda was better. I guess I should try it too, just to be sure.
