Hey! Can convert audio to midi without melodyne?

Not in cakewalk. There are other tools that will do it but they are external VSTs or tools.

Depends on the source material. 

I would not expect good results from any fully mixed audio.  You might get some acceptable results a single monophonic source using external VSTs or tools.

For fully mixed audio, you would get better results doing it note by note.
