In case you're reading, Facets, trademark infringement includes when a name is close to the trademarked name. Consequently, Vender is absolutely a trademark infringement on Fender. There are other ways you can name your product to convey that its a Fender without infringing on a trademark. Consider how EastWest calls their Beatle-esque library package "Fab Four" as opposed to "The Beatles," or as you did, "The Beatle."
