Cannot access Audio FX from Track or Inspector

Hi Guys

I have always been able to access an audio FX drop down menu from the FX bin in the track or inspector (in both SPLAT and CbB) . I have a new Win 10 PC and notice that I can no longer do this? I can drag an effect in from the browser but no longer have access to the list of options (to view by effect / category etc. )

As you will see from the screenshot the Rt arrow is available for Instruments but not for FX?

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

If you click on "Insert Audio FX..."  another menu will appear listing all your FX.

FYI - the "..." at the end is used an indication that you need to select it before proceeding.
