SAMPLERs Not sounding

My sample Libraries (both Kontakt  and third party) are not sounding. If go to a previous work, the samplers are sounding. This effect is only present for new works. I reinstalled Kontakt to no avail.

Do other VST's work, like test with SI drums and hit a kit piece. Do you hear any other sound from the project like the metronome?

If you take the previous projects where Kontakt 6 is working and add new instances of Kontakt, do those work? If you replace the Kontakt track with a Kontakt track does it work then?
