My upgrade price from 4.1 is $199.

Just the upgrade to Neutron 4 is $149

Yes, I was looking at upgrading my Neutron 3, but $149 for the upgrade is more than I paid for Neutron 3! ?

I already have everything else in that bundle.  It should be like $125 at JRR with code
for the upgrade, which is STILL way too much

There is only one version of Neutron 4 listed and they compare it with 3 Elements and 3 Advanced.

At least it appears they are not going to pull another .1 release like they did last year from 4 -> 4.1 for one new item (and added upgrade cost).

As it states "Plus, get two more major flagship updates to your suite this fall at no additional cost."

If I did not have

• Insight (1)
• Ozone 8 Standard
• RX7 Standard
• most of the PA plugins above

then this would be an interesting deal!

But just for the sake of the update it is not worth IMO. This is the crux with iZotope, they really don't value what you have. And updates/upgrades are so expensive!

Well, I'm not UNinterested. As it happens I don't have a lot of the PA plugins and the Izotope upgrades seem nice. I'm waiting for black friday though. No rush in getting it now. I didn't bite on the 4.1 upgrade and this one too can wait.

And that GUI looks less alluring than before. Don’t know if I need distortion in a channel plugin. Then again, I guess Trash 2 won’t be updated anymore.

A lot of wisdom there.  I wonder if the Expo plugins are still iLok.  iZotope doesn't have a machine limit.

I have Ozonone 9 Advanced and I have an offer for Ozone 9 Standard for only $99.

OK... I also have Ozone 8 and Ozone Elements registered in my account.

But... still... this does not make any sense.
