IK SampleTank 4 updated

What's New in SampleTank 4.2:

- Added drag-and-drop sample import functionality
- Expanded options for user sample import
- Updated user manual with new sample import information
- Fixed a bug on the Layer Panel where notes could get stuck while scrolling

Unfortunately IKM Have not fixed the pitch bend range issue in all patches that use the ST4 engine.

The actual bend range is double that of what you have dialled in.  This also means you cannot achieve a bend range of an odd number of semi-tones.

I am remaining on 4.16 until IKM resolves this.

I received verification that this is an open issue with the team and has had some conversation recently including getting the Product Manager to step in so it should see action soon.  I don't have a specific timeline but it appears to be on the table for fixing, thank you.
