How to fix copy and pasting

Hey,

Im not sure what to call this topic but I am trying to merge this entire track into one track instead of it being divided like this. I believe it got this way because I was cutting and pasting notes in the piano roll. Does anyone know how to make this much more neat. Also, this makes my piano roll darker and darker for some reason. 

I uploaded an image to let you know what I am talking about.

Click on the track number to select all the clips in that track, and right click on the clip area and select "Bounce to clip(s)".
