I'm now getting the RED warning that "Cakewalk experienced a problem with activation. Please contact support. (20) When i click contact support it goes to the old website. So how can we fix this? dahjah Posted April 27, 2022 Author Posted April 27, 2022 I tried most of that, When I refresh it say you cakewalk activation has been refreshed and then the red thing pops up again saying not activated.

You need to sign in to your CbB account to do a refresh on your activation. Do this from the DAW. Locate the sign in link under the HELP tab inside the DAW and enter your details. It should do the refresh by itself - should it not for some reason - click on refresh activation after you have signed in. You should be good then. Edited April 27, 2022 by Will. Typo's
