Track Template Folders not updating

Somehow, my track templates folders are not updating inside CW, in this specific scenario:

Id I add a new folder or change the content in nested folders, they are not updated in the "Insert from Track Template" menu that pops when right clicking an empty space in the track pane. Not even after restarting CW.

BUT they are correctly updated when using "Insert/Track Template" from the top menu.

May be this a bug?

(the number of subfolders inside my track template folder is greater than 24: there is a limitation on this count?)

This may be the Windows bug that prompted us to change some of the menus in the track view to the new style menus.

Windows menus used to have a limit of around 4000 items, but since Windows 10, this has been reduced to around 1200.  The bug was raised with Microsoft around 11 years ago, but they've not done anything about it ( it's actually got worse! ).  If you've a lot of templates or subfolders, it could be hitting this limit.
