How to drag busses automation in the Bus Automation Pane?

HI, I had around 10 seconds of nothing at the start of my track and I wanted to remove it by dragging all of my clips to the left.

Both clips and their own automation got dragged correctly, the issue is that I can't figure out how to drag the automation in the "Bus automation pane" (at least that's how it's called in the help module), the one that you open by pressing shift+b. I spent quite a lot of time working on these automation and I would prefer not redoing them again.

I already tried to find out a solution so I attempted to "cut and paste special" in the Edit menu but it only works on a few of the automation selected with ctrl+A, moreover the automation doesn't reappear after pressing "paste special".

In case it wasn't already clear I'm a beginner so sorry if the solution may be obvious.

The easiest way around this is to create an arranger section that covers the area you want to move, then move that arranger section.

Arranger section moves will move everything, including bus automation.
