Since version 22.02.0.039 I can't render without crashing

Hi, I've been using Cakewalk for years.  but since this latest update I can't render anymore.  I have made a couple FLACs after deleting most tracks just to render out a single track that I didn't want to edit again.  It crashes about 80% through the dumping plugins part.  If I can make it past that, the render happens.  Otherwise it hangs up until I click twice and then it crashes.  If I don't click it just stays in the same part forever.

Have you tried this:

1. Setting the Render Buffer size to "Playback Size":



... and if that doesn't help,

2. Disabling Plugin Flushing:
