Latency, maybe

I had a HHD crash recently and have had to reload everything, I don't know if that plays into this. Since then everything I record, audio or midi, I need to nudge it back by 2 (nudge left) to make it line up, vocals, synth, everything. I don't detect any latency while recording, just in playback. I've check all my settings but I'm sure I'm missing something. Any thoughts?

Windows 10, updated CbB, Behringer U-Phoria UMC404HD with latest drivers

Your best bet would’ve to perform a loopback test to make sure your interface is reporting RTL to Cakewalk correctly.

I explain in this video  You connect the output of your interface back to an input and re record the signal  then zoom in to see if it lines up. You are using the ASIO driver?

No, per CbB support I'm using WASAPI (shared) because I would have audio through my Behringer UMC404HD, but I was losing sound from all other audio, such as from within browsers or just playing audio files with VLC for instance. I'll watch the video and see if it helps. All your vids have been very helpful so far.
