Playing double speed

I'm new to Cakewalk by Bandlab. I formerly used Sonar, the last time being a couple of years ago, so I've forgotten a lot. 

I just tried to record on a voice audio track. It plays at double speed on the voice track only. I can't seem to find a fix for this. I want to record and playback at the regular speed at which I record it. How do I fix this?

99.9 % of the time this is due to a Sample rate miss match.
