I'm not sure how the mix-off site will work out, but so far it looks like it will be "promoting" artists.  In case anyone is not aware, here's THE free mutli-track library site hundreds of tracks and tips from a super knowledgeable guy. It also has a forum if that's what you're after too

There are a lot of top quailty songs on that site. I still have a few of the songs stuck in my head. A lot of them are raw trks, some have processing, but almost all I tried good quailty.
