Waves has updated some of its plugins. Use Waves Central to update.

Fixed: Retro Fi, Lofi Space (13.1.201.274) and SSL EV2 (13.2.131.275) can now load on non-English Windows systems with a non-English user name.

And I don't think these bugfixes are worth the price of admission to WUP. But if you are still in the one year window for these, don't wait and update before your WUP ends!
