why won't export convert to mp3

I had Cakewalk installed and it worked perfectly then i had a crash so after i reinstalled cakewalk again i can't get the export switch to convert to mp3.  The switch opens the link but nothing happens when i click on convert to mp3.  Can't figure out why and i'm hoping someone can tell me where to look to fix this.

The export doesn’t convert?  It exports as an MP3.  From the preset menu choose Entire mix MP3

i can open export and yes i can click on export as mp3, however, nothing happens and it should show

I can't find anything anywhere to tell me how to fix my problem.  Export opens and i have tried to click on each link and still nothing happens and that includes clicking on Entire Mix mp3's.  It doesn't even show any effort to do any conversion.

Can you post a video of what is happening?  Without seeing explicit steps and seeing what state the various options are in, it's hard to give any suggestions. 

ScreenToGif is useful for this.

Maybe just an old habit but I always hit control A to select everything just before I export.
