Edoardo
Hi, I start use cakewalk recently and I have this problem: I can't hear the sound created from a virtual track (in particular I use Mt-powerdrumkit plugin) when I reopen the file I saved. I don't know how to solve it.
tecknot
Hi Edoardo and welcome to the Cakewalk forums. Make sure that Input Echo is active (see button circled in red below): Kind regards, tecknot Edited March 4, 2022 by tecknot
Edoardo
The input echo is activate, as you can see, but I can't still hear anything from that track
John Vere
You don't require input echo for playback. Only recording to the track. Best way to trouble shoot is open the GUI for the drum VST and play the kit with the mouse. If you can hear it then it's working fine. You don't have much midi data there but it should play that short clip. Also make sure all volume controls are set. Here's a whole series of tutorials on how to set up Cakewalk.
