SampleTank 4 and Syntronik 2 Updated

SampleTank to 4.17 and Syntronik 2 to 2.02

Run the IK Installation Manager to update

Unfortunately there was no equivalent to the cool Lost String Quartet added to these as happened with the last SampleTron 2 update.  I'll have to have Erik check his pockets for more of that loose change
