How to make chosen view prominent?

I resisted posting as I’m sure this is an easy fix, but my hair is all pulled out.

Just upgraded from X3 where any window you clicked on would instantly come to the forefront.  For instance if an undocked Kontakt window is open and I click on the PRV behind it, the PRV should come to the forefront, yet Kontakt just stays there and I have to close or reduce it to see the full PRV. 
Where is this secret elusive setting to make the chosen view prominent just by simply clicking on it?
