How did you download it?  It doesn't show anywhere!

I simply clicked the download button on the Satin pack.

Satin....or Satin R & B, which is an old pack...Satin R&B is in my account, but not the "Satin" pack!

It is Satin or Satin R & B, they are both the same. When saw "Satin" in my email and clicked on the link it took me to the Satin R&B page stating free download.

I've had Satin R&B for a long time...so I don't think that's new.  If that's their 
"Valentine's Gift", that's pretty sad

Yeah, unless there was a glitch in their email, I think that it's just the "old" Satin-rnb samplepack dusted off for a valentine gift.
