Unable to use MIDI keyboard

I can't use my MIDI keyboard. It comes up with this message: It says that there is not enough memory available but I have 32 GB of RAM.

This a somewhat cryptic message from Windows that Cakewalk is simply passing on - it means the MIDI device is in use by another program.

Some MIDI drivers are single-client only. In that case only one program at a time can access your MIDI device.

Close any other programs that may be using MIDI, and then restart Cakewalk.

This looks like that USB driver limit of 10 issue. Watch this video to resolve issue.
