Audio Error

Updated to WIN11. Now when project opens I get this error:

Unable to open audio device. Device may not support the current project's audio format or may be in use. For help please visit . . . . .

All seems to be ok in preferences. No other audio open. Have opened a different project & works ok.

That usually means the sample rate doesn't match in Cakewalk and your audio device.
Cakewalk could be 44.1 and the sound card/interface might be 48.

Presonus is a little persnikity.

New firewire card. MUST load drivers without unit plugged in first or you get that special feature: IT DOSN'T WORK!!!

Have fun with windows 11. I recently upgraded my laptop and it's been..... Interesting to say the least. I'll add that this could possibly be happening too if you switch the output of a track (ie from speakers to headphones). Like I said, windows 11 is interesting, but I think you'll learn your way around eventually
